GALA Night 2012!

The staff and children of Sacred Heart School are excited to invite you to our 3rd annual Gala Fundraiser. Monies raised through the Gala help to support vital facility upgrades as well as contributions towards student activities, field trips and supplies.
Last year we raised over $15,000 to repair ad paint the exterior of the school!
The event will feature a dinner and dance at the Ramada Hotel with live and silent auctions to be held throughout the evening as well as other fundraising activities.
We are in need of donations of live & silent auction items, door prizes and volunteers for this event.
Maybe you are able to purchase something to donate for the evening … or your donation inspiration could come from people you know, your workplace, your hobbies, something you’ve seen at other charity auctions.
We are also in need of volunteers to help with many aspects of this event; builders for the stage and lobby display, decorators, ticket sellers, coordinators at the event, pre & post event duties, auction item solicitors etc…

Sacred Heart School will be hosting their third Gala Night on Saturday February 25th, 2012 at the Ramada Hotel. Tickets are $50 and will be available at the school office and at the Ramada Hotel. The evening will consist of a fabulous buffet meal, great music, and an impressive selection of silent and live auction items.
